Hehe, thank you. Oh well the icing, I just use a mixture of icing sugar, a bit(!) lemon juice (for the fresh taste), a little water, so that I don't gets too sour and for the colors some food dye. And I always make sure that the consistence is very solid and not too watery, but the mixing of the colors is my fav part. ;) Merry xmas to you, too :)
