Yeah, so I only have this two pics to show so far:

I know the simmie (named Daria btw) looks totally photoshopped in, but I dunno why.

(they're bigger when you click on them)
BUT, I'm 100% finished with Nick Hornby's 'Along Way Down', of which I still don't really know whether I liked it or thought it was partly pointless. Anyway, next book is going to be 'The Tortilla Curtain' by T.C. Boyle (in English) for school.

I just picked up this set myself to recolor! problem is how do you get that texture to look "worn" like you did, was it the particular fabric you chose or a layering process in PSP or PS?
thanks!
I adore your little site:D
Jenn
thanks :)
I just made the fabric a bit transparent and enhanced the contrast of the original one, so that the folding would shine trough a little more.
Thanks Malle!
I think thats what is hard for me, getting the fold to come through....I will mess around with what you said, thanks again and thanks for a fun little blog:D

Wow! It looks great!
I'm a fairly new follower to your blog, but I absolutely adore everything you've made (my sims do too)!
I'll be looking forward to the completion of this set. Looks freakin' awesome so far! :D
Now, I somehow recognise that wood colour ;)
You're making beautifull recolors Malle, and I love to visit your blog and read your posts :)
